Upon new listing being submitted to us via our listing submission form…
- Post Copywriting *
- Post to Facebook Business Page *
- Facilitate/Help with Posting* Property to Local Home Sale Facebook Groups as Item for Sale (agent must do from personal profile)
- Facilitate/Help with Posting* Property to Local Home Sale Facebook Groups as Discussion (agent must do from personal profile)
- Facilitate/Help with Listing Agent Sharing to Personal Facebook (agent must do from personal profile)
- Post to LinkedIn Company Page *
- Facilitate/Help with Listing Agent Sharing to Personal LinkedIn Profile
- Add Main Photo to Google Business Profile Photos Section
- Post Property to Agent Instagram Feed (if a business account – if not, you will need to do this) *
- Creation of Open House Image
- Post Open House as Event on Facebook Business Page *
- Post Open House as Event on Google Business Profile *
- Facilitate/Help with Posting* Open House as Event on Personal LinkedIn (agent must do from personal profile)
- Boost Post on Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ad (Hopefully with video, but images will do as well. Budget of your choice.) *
- Boost Event on Meta/Facebook/Instagram

Required of Client/Agent
- Inital One-Time Onboarding
- Complete “Listing Submission Form” at least 4 business days prior to “Marketing Start Date”

- Full Property Address including Zip Code
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Square Feet
- Marketing Start Date
- Open House Date
- Open House Hours
- Link to Property Info (to be used in social posts and ads)
- High Res Photos
- High Res Video Teaser(s) – Walk-Through and/or Drone – 14.9 or 29.9 seconds
- At least 3 Highlights of the Property
- Your desired Ad Spend amount per boosted post (recommend $25+ per post/ad – total, not per day)
