What’s Included
- Onboarding
- Campaign Setup
- Coaching on what video(s) is needed
- Coaching on what landing page(s) is needed
- On call for ad related questions, issues, etc for 30 days after ad is created (within reason – and some items might require additional cost if extensive or outside this scope of work)
Not Included
- Campaign Objective and Settings (a campaign template from someone else of some sort must be provided to me to implement – creating a brand new ad from scratch is not included)
- Video Creation
- Landing Page Creation
- Ongoing Ads Management (unless elected)
- Ad Performance Reporting (unless Ongoing Ads Management is elected)
- Ad spend – Any ad spend would be separate and additional and paid directly to Google – must be willing to invest at least a few hundred dollars to start
Prerequisites
Must have…
1) a YouTube channel specifically for running ads (separate from any main “Living In” or agent channel you might have) – If you need a channel created and optimized for you, that is available for an additional $249
2) videos to use in ads (we will discuss)

Ad Creation: $199/Campaign
Ongoing Ad Management: $50/Campaign/Month
