Google’s long anticipated Home Search Ads have dropped! (at least in my central Pennsylvania market, but usually if it’s here, it has dropped everywhere) Sorry Zillow! Here’s the scoop…
You must be running Local Services Ads and have Buyer’s Agent turned on in order to be eligible to get leads from these Ads.

This is pretty big news… For the Real Estate industry (look out zillow!), local ads world, and the home search landscape as a whole.
