33+ Local SEO Platforms Checklist for Real Estate Agents
These are the platforms to check, possibly be on, optimize, make consistent, and tell the story you want to be told about you.
Notes
– 33 platforms + your website + 2 platforms for commercial agents + Local Chambers, Economic Development Orgs, Networking Groups, News Outlets, etc
– 6 review places + mentions on reddit + put reviews on website and call out the number of reviews on each platform and link to each platform (example: “View all 103 of my reviews on Google HERE” )
– You don’t need to be on every aggregator site (Birdeye, Rank My Agent, Experience, etc), but it is good to be on at least a couple to help your reviews on platforms like Google be seen by AI’s (Chat GPT can’t see the number of reviews you have on Google, but it can see your Birdeye profile which pulls in all of your reviewsfrom Google etc.). Birdeye, Experience, and Fast Expert are my favorites. You only need the free versions (they will try hard to sell you upgrades, but a total waste of money in my opinion

- Tik Tok – You can get reviews on TikTok, but the person has to post a video about you and check in at your location/business in the post. And then at the end of the posting process they will be asked if they want to give you a review. Pretty tough to get done, but if you do, you’ll be the only one there with reviews! Plus you’ll have a testimonial video you can use too! You could do it for on your profile for another business to see how the process works.
