eXp Releases Google Business Profile Suspension Help Form Just for Their Agents | Why it matters
If you’re an eXp Realty agent and have a suspended Google Business Profile, make sure you complete this form they just put out:
I’ve been struggling with suspended eXp clients, and others have been experiencing the same. Hopefully this brings some positive resolution.
With eXp being in support of Multi-Lists joining House Canary and Google’s partnership to show homes for sale mobile ads with a feed from brokerages and MLS’s (direct competition with zillow),
this makes sense that they would have a inside connection and dialogue with Google, and why eXp would care so much about it…
Agents have to have a Google Business Profile in order to run Local Services Ads. And right now, Local Services Ads (with “Buyer’s Agent” turned on) is how you get leads from the new Google home ads.
So eXp obviously has a stake in their agents having Google Business Profiles in good standing so they can capitalize on the thing they are supporting.
And make sure you fill out the form correctly and thoroughly with any Case ID’S and your Customer ID. And in the notes explain what has occurred so far (suspended, appealed or not, requested additional review or not, etc).
LIST OF MULTI-LISTS THAT HAVE OPTED IN SO FAR:
- Bright MLS
- California Regional MLS (CRMLS)
- My State MLS (a nationwide MLS option for agents whose local MLS hasn’t opted in yet)
- REcolorado
- San Diego MLS
